With us, you have an experienced and committed partner at your side. Igor Dapunt founded IGOR DAPUNT REAL ESTATE in Bolzano in 2013 and established the company in the real estate brokerage sector. Building on many years of experience in the brokerage of real estate, businesses and companies, IGOR DAPUNT BUSINESS BROKERAGE was developed with a focus on M&A, business and shareholding transactions.

With the specific qualification for the brokerage of company shares, our range of services was expanded to include Share Deals and the brokerage of majority and minority shareholdings. Today, we support entrepreneurs, shareholders, companies and investors in the sale and acquisition of companies, company shares, businesses and business units, as well as in transaction-based business succession.
