Entrepreneurial Experience Meets M&A and Business Brokerage

Igor Dapunt combines many years of entrepreneurial experience with extensive expertise in the brokerage of real estate, businesses, companies and company shares. His professional career began in the technical sector after completing his secondary education and initially took him from software development into the private sector.

In 2006, he pursued his ambition of becoming an entrepreneur and opened the first Apple Premium Reseller Store in Bolzano. In the following years, he expanded the business to a total of four locations across the Trentino-South Tyrol region. As an entrepreneur, he was responsible for areas including corporate strategy, marketing, personnel management and business development. A management master's programme further strengthened his knowledge of business management and leadership.

In 2013, Igor entered the professional brokerage sector. Since then, he has supported owners, entrepreneurs, buyers and investors in real estate and business transactions. His many years of experience at the intersection of assets, businesses and entrepreneurial decision-making now form an important foundation for his work in Business Brokerage.

Since 26 April 2017, Igor Dapunt has been registered in the Register of Appraisers and Experts of the Province of Bolzano. Since 1 March 2023, he has also been registered as a court-appointed expert with the Court of Bolzano.

In April 2024, Igor Dapunt successfully completed the specific examination for the brokerage of company shares. This qualification expanded his professional activities to include the brokerage of shareholdings and Share Deals.

Today, his work at IGOR DAPUNT BUSINESS BROKERAGE focuses on M&A, business and shareholding transactions. This includes in particular the sale and acquisition of companies and company shares, Sell-Side and Buy-Side M&A, business succession, as well as the discreet search for suitable buyers, investors and target companies.

His activities focus on South Tyrol and Italy, as well as Cross-Border transactions involving buyers and investors from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other international markets.

Organisation, Communication and Transaction Support

Stefanie Rangger supports the management of IGOR DAPUNT BUSINESS BROKERAGE in organisational and administrative matters and is an important point of contact for clients and business partners.

Her responsibilities include coordinating appointments and documentation, communicating with prospective buyers, clients and business partners, and providing organisational support for ongoing brokerage and transaction processes. In doing so, she helps ensure that information is coordinated between the parties in a structured, confidential and efficient manner.

With her multilingual and international experience, Stefanie also supports communication with German- and Italian-speaking as well as international contacts – an important aspect of our M&A and Cross-Border activities.

With her reliable, friendly and committed approach, she supports the management team and our clients throughout the brokerage process.

Entrepreneurial Experience, Organisation and M&A Transaction Support

Sara Ladstätter supports the management of IGOR DAPUNT BUSINESS BROKERAGE in organisational and operational matters related to brokerage processes and M&A transactions.

Before joining the team, Sara gained first-hand entrepreneurial experience by building and successfully managing her own business. This background has given her a practical understanding of the responsibilities involved in running a business, organising operational processes and making the decisions that form part of entrepreneurial life.

At IGOR DAPUNT BUSINESS BROKERAGE, she contributes to the preparation and organisation of documentation, the coordination of information and the operational support of transactions involving companies, business units and company shares. She also assists the management team throughout the various stages of business sales, acquisitions and succession processes.

Her precise, pragmatic and execution-oriented approach contributes to the structured and confidential management of transactions and supports the team in assisting entrepreneurs, shareholders, buyers and investors throughout the transaction process.
