M&A – Brokerage in the sale and acquisition of company shares (Share Deal), from each party:	4 - 6 % + VAT
M&A – Brokerage in the sale and acquisition of businesses and business units (Asset Deal) or capital contributions, from each party:	4 - 6 % + VAT
Business exchanges, from each party, calculated on the higher value:	4 - 6 % + VAT
Pre-emption rights on company shares: calculated on the market value and payable by the beneficiary. If the transaction is completed, the applicable brokerage commission is additionally due.	0.5 - 1 % + VAT
