Fees

Mediation of company shares, per party:	4 – 6 % + VAT
Sale, acquisition of businesses, business units or capital contributions, per party:	4 – 6 % + VAT
Corporate swaps, per party on the higher-value asset:	4 – 6 % + VAT
Pre-emption rights on company shares: on the market value, charged to the beneficiary. In case of transaction conclusion, additional brokerage fee applies.	0.5 – 1 % + VAT
Loans and financing (bank or private), payable by the applicant, plus reimbursement of expenses:	0.6 % + VAT
Execution of administrative and legal procedures (Art. 5, paragraph 1, Law 39/89): a) Research and applications to public offices b) Land registry applications (first / subsequent operation) c) Notifications to authorities and third parties	€ 50 + VAT € 50 / € 25 + VAT € 25 + VAT
General consultancy: up to € 100,000.00 over € 100,000.00	€ 200 + VAT € 400 + VAT
